About the Role
Scatterlink is a fast-growing, product-based SaaS company building IoT-powered inventory tracking, analytics, and ERP-integrated solutions for industrial operations. We are looking for a Staff/Technical Lead – Backend / Distributed Systems (7–10 years experience) to lead backend architecture and help scale the platform as we enter a major growth phase in 2026.
Role Details:
Location: On-site, Mumbai (Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays)
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Full-time (not remote)
What you’ll work on:
- Lead backend architecture for a SaaS-first, event-driven platform
- Design and build scalable backend services using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Own core data systems across PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Build and maintain
