Staff Software Engineer

Salary range: $190,000-$230,000 (DOE) + equity

I’m hiring a Staff Software Engineer for a well-established, crypto-native fintech building regulated financial products.

This role focuses on building and evolving production financial systems, contributing to technical direction, and maintaining high engineering standards in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and evolving financial products used at a national scale
• Participating in code reviews and raising engineering standards
• Contributing to long-term technical direction

What they’re looking for:

• Staff-level software engineering experience
• Comfortable working across the stack
• Strong experience with Node.js, Typescript, React-Native, Postgres, Docker, Datadog
• Experience building financial or payment systems
• Bitcoin/crypto familiarity is advantageous but not required
