Staff Software Engineer

Job Description Summary

As a Staff Software Engineer(Team Lead), being part of the Patient care solutions team, you will be responsible for leading one or more scrum teams to deliver high quality outcomes by providing technical guidance, leading the scrum execution and delivery end to end. You shall be able to help software development teams apply scrum framework, plan deliverables and monitor sprint execution performance, resolve issues, provide technical guidance as required. You shall be able to run the sprint execution of the respective scum team(s) by regularly revisiting and optimizing your execution strategy to ensure predictable delivery. You will partner with the Scrum teams, Technical Leads, Product owner(s), Program Management Office, Architects Office, and functional owners and contribute hands-on as situation demands to help the scrum teams.
