Staff Software Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

8-12 years of experience in

software testing

with strong exposure to automation.
Strong programming skills in

Java ; ability to understand and review Spring Boot code is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with

Selenium, TestNG , and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of

API testing

(Rest Assured/Postman).
Experience in

performance testing with JMeter .
Strong SQL skills for backend validations (MY-SQL/MS-SQL).
Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of healthcare or

Medicare domain .
Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucum...
