Staff Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Building stuff – coding, code reviews, fixing bugs, peer programming, incident response, reverse‑engineering tasks, and more.
• Planning / architecture – estimating, collaborating with product, establishing MVP.
• Learning and teaching – chapter reviews, research, meetups, coaching and mentoring developers to level up.
• Enabling – working on shared libraries, contributing to open source, defining, documenting and evolving best practices for development in the team’s area of focus.
• Avoiding pitfalls – identifying potential risks in delivering complex features and proposing ways to mitigate them.
