Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional execution by aligning timelines, goals, and deliverables across vertical teams (Ride-Hailing, Fintech, Delivery, Intercity etc.) and core platform functions (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data etc).
- Own program-level planning, OKR tracking, and coordination rituals to ensure on-time delivery of key SuperApp milestones.
- Identify and unblock dependencies early through structured stakeholder management across HQ and local teams.
- Improve transparency and accountability with regular reporting and risk mitigation strategies for leadership.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in a tech-driven, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
