Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the entire Platform, driving strategy and execution with a cross‑functional squad of engineers, designers, QA, and data partners.
• Lead a cross‑functional team on platform optimization efforts to increase velocity of all squads as they build and the quality of what ultimately goes out.
• Engage directly with both enterprise and SMB customers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and ensure we’re solving real problems.
