Staff Product Engineer for Power MOSFET Division for New Product Development
Responsibilities
- Lead new product development and new package development projects for MOSFET, SiC, GaN and GaN Driver
- Collaborate with Test Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams to support new product development and ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production
- Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and release of the product to market
- Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner
- Establish comprehensive test coverage to eliminate test escapes and guarantee product quality
- Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports
