Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical standards and procedures. This role includes patient assessment, administering treatments, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other medical treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the physician or healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
