Staff Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve key maintenance, quality, and equipment performance goals, ensuring strong readiness and reliability of assets for ongoing and future operations
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM pillars, including maintenance KPI (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, tDT), preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and focused improvement to strengthen equipment uptime and stability
• Champion maintenance excellence by coordinating effective planning of maintenance activities, optimizing resource utilization according to company policy, RBA and local labour legal requirements, overseeing equipment condition monitoring, and conducting risk assessments for equipment reliability
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured training to build technicians’ technical capability, career growth, and motivation toward achieving departmental objectives
