About the Role

Description
We are looking for a first-rate HPC engineer to join KLA’s Broadband Plasma (BBP) Image Computing team. As a staff HPC Product Development Engineer on that team, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing and supporting a cutting-edge Linux HPC infrastructure that is embedded to the world’s premier Wafer Inspection tools to execute image processing algorithms in real time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Come up with innovative technologies to optimize cost and computation time.
Collaborate with peers to design, optimize the embedded HPC cluster.
Work with multiple stake holders to drive hardware / OS stack qualification.
Project-manage the development effort.
Develop engineering documentation.
Support L4 escalations. Domestic and international travel is required
Minimum Qualifications
Strong Linux administration skills
