Staff Engineer, Test Product Engineering

Job description:
Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues.
Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes.
Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation.
Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp.
Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues.
Profile description:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 Years Experience
Can lead a small team consisting of Engineers and Technicians for Continuous Improvement Projects
