Key responsibilities in your new role
- Test package generation for new products with higher complexity (software& hardware development).
- Test package optimization for Backend Inhouse and subcons technical support.
- Innovate test concepts & methodology (feasibility & realization in production testing) for ratio productivity.
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buyoff and
documentation. - Participate in new tester platform benchmarking and optimization.
- Enhance test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test,poka-yoka mixing, etc.)
- Participation in CoP TE community and provide sharing with the worldwide TE
community. - Contributes to success of project/team, shares knowledge within project/team and demonstrate capability to solve technical challenges/problems.
