What You Will Do
Support R&D or NPI projects to qualify and release new products to production.
Review new test requirement and assess test equipment capability. Source and qualify new equipment.
Create new test program based on test spec. Optimize test program for better test accuracy and lower test time.
Conduct tester MSA. Engage with equipment team to improve test contacting stability and reduce over-rejection.
Develop and implement test firewall to improve screening effectiveness together with Product and Test Engineering.
