REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 7+ years 
Should have good Experience in SAP IS-Retail
Should have good Experience in SAP MM-Purchasing
Should have good Knowledge in Wastage & Shrinkage Management, Centralized Bakery Production, Butchery & Fishery.
Must have knowledge in Consignment, Vendor Rebate Management, Recipe Management, Store Replenishment
Must have knowledge in DC Forecasting & Replenishment, Merchandise Hierarchy Redesign, Store Assortment Planning, Unified Master Data Management Platform,Group wide Non-Trade Procurement Platform
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
