About the Role
A leading hearing aid company in Biñan is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead process engineering initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will drive process optimization, product transfers, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in process engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and strong hands-on experience with SPC and Lean Manufacturing.
