Staff Engineer

Staff Engineer (Structural – Revit/BIM)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220 | Fully On-site
Type: Full-time | Direct Hire
Salary: Up to $100,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 days in office
Must-Haves:
 • 4-year degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s minimum)
 • 6+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
 • Proficiency in CAD, Revit (BIM), and structural analysis software
 • Experience with low- to mid-rise buildings
 • Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week
 • Open to a daily commute of up to 1 hour
Nice-to-Haves:
 • Master’s degree in Engineering
 • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
 • Local to Pittsburgh or open to relocation
 • Background in a small- to mid-sized firm
 • Strong communication and collaboration skills
