The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Staff Engineer) is a key practitioner within Integra's Global Supply Chain & Operations organization, responsible for leading high-impact continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, service, cost, throughput, and operational stability across the enterprise. Reporting to the Director, Operational Excellence, this role executes the Lean Six Sigma strategy, applies advanced problem-solving methodologies, and partners directly with site leaders, Supply Chain, Quality, and cross-functional teams to drive measurable operational results.
