Staff Engineer, IT Oracle Database Operations

The Oracle Database Operations Analyst ensures high performance, security, and scalability of Oracle solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade systems. This role often combines elements of database administration, performance analysis, and operational support.

• Provide support to application developers and other stakeholders regarding database access and performance
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Oracle applications
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and system configurations
• Support migration projects, including upgrades to Oracle Cloud or newer versions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve database-related issues
