Staff Engineer Final Test

Responsibilities

• Define best-fit test solutions for new packages and products
• Develop test handling capabilities for new packages and products
• Execute buy-off and release activities for new, upgraded, or modified handlers, conversion kits, contactors, docking systems, and software revisions
• Define equipment and test technology buy-off and release processes
• Document equipment and test technology development, buy-off, and release in accordance with business processes
• Define, compile, and review scopes of work with equipment suppliers for development projects
• Define and execute test cell design guidelines and conduct design reviews with equipment suppliers prior to tool build
• Govern equipment software, and recipe management
• Lead medium- to high-complexity test cell engineering work packages
