About the Role

Job Description
Requirements:
Experience : 5.5+ Years
Hands-on experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Experience in audience creation, evaluation, testing, and activation.
Knowledge of AEP schemas, datasets, and Query Services.
Experience in creating and managing events for customer journeys.
Good understanding of customer journey orchestration and campaign management principles.
Ability to test, troubleshoot, and validate journeys and audiences before production release.
Experience working with cross-channel campaigns such as email, push notifications, and SMS is preferred.
Familiarity with data governance, consent management, and best practices in AEP is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
