- Monitor and troubleshoot database instances.
- Perform root-cause analysis in response to database environment events.
- Identify opportunities for improved system performance and process improvements.
- Perform code reviews, and assist teams across the organization with query optimization.
- Modify and build automated environment installation and setup processes.
- Serve as a SME for specific technical topics and team operations.
- Architect database high availability and database backup and restore processes.
- Review and execute data manipulation scripts created by internal and external team members.
- Build external networks to help accomplish team and company objectives.
