Base Pay Range

$120,000 – $200,000 per year, plus equity 0.5%–1%

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and scale high‑traffic backend services, APIs, and runtime systems.
• Build developer interfaces, SDKs, and tools that enhance developer experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand and solve integration challenges.
• Optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to open‑source repositories and engage with the developer community.
• Shape the technical roadmap and strategic decisions across the platform.
• Mentor teammates and support incident response when necessary.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience with high‑traffic systems.
