Overview

As aStaff Accountant , you will take ownership of core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely close processes, and strong internal controls. You will partner closely with leadership and operations to support informed decision‑making and the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Own and manageaccounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
• Prepare and postjournal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Performmonthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations .
• Actively participate inmonth‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist with the preparation offinancial statements , internal reports, and variance analysis.
