+ 2+ years of accounting or audit experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field strongly preferred.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with data, formulas, and financial schedules.
+ Hands-on or audit-based exposure to account reconciliations and the month-end close process.
+ Experience working directly within the general ledger (GL accounting).
+ Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations and support balance sheet accuracy.
