About the Role

 
  Job Description 
  Objective: 
 The Staff Accountant, Cost will become integral part of Finance team by performing data entry in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. This is an entry level position processing and reconciling debit and credit card transactions. This position will work closely with Accounts Payable and Product Delivery teams.
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Primary Functions:
 Reconcile B4B activity in NetSuite (Daily/Weekly).
 Head B4B Float loads for European and US Domestic operations.
 Monitor, code, and reconcile credit card transactions (Air bookings, ARC, corporate travel, Divvy).
 Liaise with Product Delivery, Accounts Payable team with problems/questions (data entry/credit card).
 Monitor cost of sales transactions and ensure they are coded correctly. Submit adjusting entries when necessary.
