Sr/Process engineer

Job Summary

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and cost effectiveness in an EMS environment. This role supports NPI, mass production, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for PCB assembly and electronic products.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including process setup, documentation, and trial runs.
• Monitor production performance and resolve process-related issues to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Test, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
