Sr/Facility Engineer

Summary Description

1. Responsible for maintaining facility utilities repair, ensure compliance, troubleshoot, and manage building system.

2. Ensuring compliance with facility procedures, improve energy efficiency while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

3. Identify and resolve facility-related issues promptly and effectively.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Maintain and repair all facility systems, including HVAC, CDA, Scrubber, Chimney,10K & 100K clean room electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.

2.    Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment and systems to ensure smooth operation.

3.    Ensure compliance with safety regulations including ISO Occupational, Health and Safety).

4.    Work closely with third-party contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repair and maintenance projects.
