This role has a primary focus on leading the implementation and evolution of Dynatrace across key NA/LATAM applications, ensuring the maturity of observability and AIOps capabilities in collaboration with SRE and engineering teams. It is also responsible for proactive application performance monitoring through metrics, dashboards, alerts, synthetic testing, and automation, with the goal of detecting anomalies and reducing Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR).
