Your Role
In your daily job you will:
Design and develop new product processes and improve the design of tooling and fixtures; Responsible for the process stability of new product projects. And responsible for improving the output and quality control of mass-produced products;Develop equipment programs and set process parameters.Develop work instructions for wave soldering, selection soldering, coating and other equipment.Guide and train relevant technical personnel and production line operators to work according to process requirements.
