Sr. Transitions Project Manager

Job Description
Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams on all aspects of the business
Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new Transitions
Ability to work with executive leadership. Understand strategic direction and provide solution
Be responsible for Transitions for the line of service/business for the site
Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders
Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment
Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs
Coach and Mentor team to improve performance, build leadership bench & succession
Champion a culture of continuous improvement
Knowledge of project financials /CBA
Working Knowledge of Pricing Models like TBB /outcome based pricing
Exposure to automation work/tools/Project Management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are must
