Job Description
Responsibilities
Performance Test Planning & Strategy
Analyze non-functional requirements (NFRs) and define performance test objectives.
Develop comprehensive performance test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Identify and document performance bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Test Design & Execution
Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability tests.
Create performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, etc.
Simulate production-scale workloads and analyze application behaviour under various conditions.
Monitoring & Analysis
Use APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Kibana) to monitor:CPUMemoryResponse timesError ratesThroughputDatabase performanceNetwork bottlenecks
