Sr. Technical Program Manager, EC2 CCX

On the EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team within AWS, our mission is to ensure the right capacity is available for customers through forecasting, planning, guidance and execution, especially for large unpredictable scaling events.

The EC2 CCX team is searching for a passionate, driven, and talented technical program manager to own customer planning with the GenAI instance portfolio. This role serves as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake, organizing supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions, and ensuring infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments.
