Enable new BMC features, including competitive analysis, industrial standard study, and critical feature planning for each generation platforms

Drive competitive software/firmware product feature requirements and technical design guideline to meet company's goal

Collaborate with BMC product managers, BMC software architect, engineers, and technical staff to define product specification with technical requirements

Manage both feature requests and issue support requests from customers
