About the Role
Job Description:
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules.
- Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years relevant experience and basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION is a plus.
