Sr. Systems Management Analyst

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules
Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
Stay up-to-date on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
