Role Overview

Senior Systems Engineer, Windows responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable endpoint solutions using Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory. Acts as a technical lead for Windows endpoint operations, driving automation, compliance, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to endpoint‑related projects such as OS upgrades, security tool rollouts, and hardware refreshes. Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams (InfoSec, Network, Procurement) and external vendors (Microsoft, hardware OEMs) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including technical designs, implementation plans, and post‑mortem reviews.
