About the Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Elicit requeriments using interviews, document, analysis, requeriments workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis
- Train end users with new features; develop working instructions to ensure that new realeases are implemented correctly
- Provide support for day-to-day activities for end users.
**Requeriments**
- Knowledge Oracle EBS, Office
- 4 years undergraduated degree in information sciences, computer science, software engineering or significant relevant experience required
- English conversational
