Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience; 10–12 years preferred.
Experience in mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, and testing of power electronics.
Strong working knowledge of power conversion principles, topologies, and technologies.
Proven experience designing electronic assemblies and/or power conversion products.
RF and high-voltage experience preferred.
Ability to independently execute tests from setup through results and reporting.
Experience in product validation, including strong debugging skills and problem tracking.
Proficiency in test data collection and analysis.
Experience developing test plans and test procedures is a plus.
In-depth understanding of control theory.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to make cost-effective design decisions related to product cost and manufacturing processes.
