• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience; 10–12 years preferred.
• Experience in mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, and testing of power electronics.
• Strong working knowledge of power conversion principles, topologies, and technologies.
• Proven experience designing electronic assemblies and/or power conversion products.
• RF and high-voltage experience preferred.
• Ability to independently execute tests from setup through results and reporting.
• Experience in product validation, including strong debugging skills and problem tracking.
• Proficiency in test data collection and analysis.
• Experience developing test plans and test procedures is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of control theory.
