The Senior Support Engineer is required to provide advanced technical support for IT systems, applications, and end-user environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of IT services. The role also involves mentoring junior support staff, coordinating incident resolution, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT support aligned with business needs.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT support
• Average to good communications skills
