About the Role

Job Description
Renesas’ Analog and Connectivity Business Unit (A&C) is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to work on the development of state-of-the-art Memory Interface Devices. You will be part of a cross-functional team, driving the product from conception to volume production. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Develop test programs for characterization, production, and wafer sort using mFlex and Advantest 93K platform. 
Design test hardware for PMIC, Temp Sensor and I3C applications. 
Participate in testability reviews with DFT/DFM teams to enhance yield and test methodologies. 
Implement best practices for robust test solutions, including GR&R, HTOL, and Characterization procedures. 

Qualifications
Test Engineer with 10+ Years experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for PMIC, Temp Sensors and I3C products.
