About the Role

Description
Responsibilities:Pixel circuit and photodiode design as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group.
Achieve best pixel performance with optimization among photodiodes and pixel circuit.
Analyze pixel performance problems as discussing with process integration group, modeling group, characterization group and peripheral circuit group, and improve problems.
Create and develop new image sensor technologies.
Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of working experience in pixel optimization
Minimum 10 year experience on device based technologies including developing advanced processes; CIS process is a plus.
MSEE or MS Physics or equivalent required; PhD is a plus
Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
Project management skill is a plus
Language skill: Japanese and English business level
