Sr. RPA Process Tech Lead

The candidate should be able to
•Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define industry-leading automation for a wide variety of industries and business groups.
•Diagram and document the As-Is and To-Be process steps, data flow, and process flow for potential automation
•Prepare Process Definition Document ( ) or Requirements Documents for each use case
•Guide the business teams to identify the right uses cases for automation
•Apply Lean Six Sigma principles in the To-Be process
•Coordinate with development teams communicating and clarifying the requirements
•Support business users in UAT sessions
•Ability to ask the right questions to business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
•Prepare System Test case and perform testing of bots
•Conduct process discovery sessions to build a pipeline of potential use cases for automation
