Sr. Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and bilingual Sr. Business Operations Coordinator (Sr. Retail Coordinator) to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Vice-President of Operations & Marketing, this role is responsible for focusing on education, performance, and operations strategies across our brands under the glass division in Canada (VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, Docteur du Pare-Brise and Go!Glass).

What You’ll Drive

• Manage administrative workflows and document handling and write communications.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and capture detailed meeting minutes.
• Collect, analyze, and report on sales and vendor data to support performance reviews and forecasting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, car count, ARO, and repair ratio.
