Leads small and medium sized projects and develops product families.
**Job Requirements**
+ • Responsible for connector product development/extension/ existing product maintenance.• Work closely with customer/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), make engineering evaluation/proposal to the VOC.• Follow up with TE LeanPD process (new development process), conduct the mandatory and optional engineering practices (PRD, QFD, DFMEA, etc.).• Provide concept / design and feasibility study, design review meeting, well documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and archive.• Lead in resolving the issues down to ...
