Job Description:
**Job Overview**
This positionis responsible forend-to-end Product Development projects leading cross functional team with KPI’s as Launch on Time, Budget, Cost & Quality.
**Job Requirements**
+ Lead multiple high complex Migration, New Product Development projects with end-to-end ownership of projects.
+ Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. Work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements
+ Work with footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project
+ Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for Qualification, get engineering support if needed
