About the Role

Summary
Lead and support process engineering initiatives across multiple global facilities. Drive improvements in yield, capacity, efficiency, cost, and product quality through capital projects, technology upgrades, and process optimization. Contribute to due diligence for acquisitions and support new product development and customer technical service. 
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and support capital and expense projects from concept to implementation.

Collaborate with operations to identify and execute process improvements.

Analyze and document plant processes; implement controls to sustain improvements.

Support cross-functional teams in facility design, construction, and commissioning.

Assist with quality, cost reduction, and equipment utilization using Six Sigma and statistical tools.
