About the Role
The Senior Project Director will be responsible for overseeing a regional project implementation team that will include Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers for BESS projects.
Providing leadership and decision-making project scope including but not limited to schedules, budgets, changes / variations, and dispute resolution.
The individual will liaise with internal departments (Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, Service, Accounting, Legal and Procurement), the client / owner, equipment suppliers, EPC’s / BOP’s and and various subcontractors.
Department management, project management, contract review and EPC construction experience is required as well as demonstrated influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
