Work independently to develop and optimize assigned automation project.Continuously improve production manufacturing technology. Troubleshoot and solve equipment/factory digitinal issues in regards to ongoing production as well as with new product introductions.
What You Will Do
1.Execute BU Project Costing/Quotation, resource allocation and work continuous improvement action inside plant. 2.Work with Global Product Manager (GPM) as business partner to understand new product and project Y to Y business launch, growth status, customer strategy, target/market price, L/T, product strategy for those product launch in the plant.Work with GPM to track the revenue and profit result every month. 3.Handle the customer plant visit and coordinate with GPM/GSM to present the product roadmap and promote plant capability during customer visit. 4.Lead/coordinate plant operation teams and BU to offer solution to optimize cost and L/T to incr...
